Refund Policy

There is no Refund applicable to anyone who makes a donation to us.

Donations, whether made online or by mail, are non-refundable.

Recurring donors may cancel future donations by sending an email. Payments will stop the month after donations are cancelled. For example, if you withdraw in April, your credit card will be charged in April, but not May.

Terms and Conditions

This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when you donate to us.

Donations, whether one-time or recurring, may be made through the website, or by mailing a check, cash, or credit card information to New Beginnings Recovery Center. Checks should be made payable to NBRC and mailed to 191 E. Orchard Rd. #A, Littleton, Co  80121.

Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more to the email address provided with the donation.

There is no minimum donation amount.

Donations, whether made online or by mail, are non-refundable.

All credit card transactions will be processed in US dollars.

A donation may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the donor is responsible for payment.
